Infrea’s Privacy Notice
We at Infrea care about the privacy of our contacts and that we comply with both Swedish and European law concerning data collection and the use of data in accordance with e.g. the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act. This Privacy Notice provides an overview of how we manage personal data.

1.1 What personal data do we collect?
We collect and store the following:
The name, address, email address and/or telephone number you provide in order to receive information from us
Contact and delivery details you submit in connection with e.g. the following:
– Meetings at trade fairs/investor meetings
– Information submitted via a form on our website/by email
– Shareholder information/communication
– Cookie information to improve your experience of our website
1.2 Where and to whom might your personal data be transferred?
In order to meet one or more of the above purposes, we may disclose your personal data as follows:
To an Infrea subsidiary
To third parties that provide services relating to our website or its functions, but only insofar as this is required to provide these services, e.g.:
– Providers that operate, develop and/or offer support for various systems, such as a website, financial systems, IT systems
Where such disclosure is required by law, e.g.:
– To Nasdaq First North (the stock exchange on which Infrea is listed)
– To an owner or purchaser/potential future purchaser of our business
In the case of any transfer of data outside of the EU/EEA, we apply the approved standard agreement provisions of the European Commission for the transfer of personal data to such countries. 1.3 How long do we save your personal data?
We store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of collecting the data. This means that we erase your personal data as soon as it is no longer needed to process an enquiry or an order, or to deal with the matter you have raised with us, or for the purposes of our business relationship with you. Statistics that have been anonymised may be saved longer – in Google Analytics, for instance.
1.4 Your rights
In relation to the personal data we hold on you, you are entitled to:
Request a copy of your personal data from our register
Request that we correct or erase your personal data (even if this means that we will no longer be able to handle your enquiries or orders)
Request that we cease processing your personal data or that we restrict processing of the personal data (e.g. if you believe that the data is incorrect)
Request that you receive the personal data we use, as well as withdraw at any time the consent you gave us to process your personal data.
We may reject your request to erase your personal data if we need to continue processing it to fulfil a legal obligation or to establish, assert or defend legal claims.
A request to exercise your rights must be submitted in writing to integritet@infrea.se.
If you wish to complain about how we process your personal data, you are entitled to register your complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (datainspektionen.se) or the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work (if not in Sweden).

Infrea uses cookies at infrea.se. A cookie contains information and is stored on the device you use to access websites.
Cookies at infrea.se are used for technical reasons to make it easier for you to use our website, to provide statistics on visits to the website and to improve your experience of our website.
